Gorgeous fall colors were on display at this happy couple’s engagement party that was set with rustic charm in the picturesque Chicago Botanic Garden. Event planner Bliss Weddings & Events tied this outdoor engagement party theme together with croquet played with shiny golden apples and charming picnic-style gift baskets. The lovely farmhouse table was perfectly set with vintage plates and glassware and topped with pink-and-yellow-hued floral arrangements from Cornelia McNamara Flowers. Averyhouse photographed all the fun, including a beautiful image of the deco-themed invitation, created by Cheree Berry Paper. Guests roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and enjoyed custom cocktails from a bespoke muddling bar.

The soirée was held at Galleria Marchetti, which featured an indoor and outdoor space, complete with glass fire pits. The foliage-laden venue was accented with violet lighting, vintage sofas and armchairs for relaxing, and shabby chic decor elements like a greenery wall festooned by gold frames and mirrors designed by Platinum Events. Delicious bites were created by Galleria Marchetti’s catering team and served atop table settings provided by BBJ Linen. Guests dined on beignets from Cafe du Monde and hotdogs from the famous Lucky Dog cart, plus tasty treats from Fleur de Lis Catering. The beautiful, wooded estate of Concorde Banquets, located just outside the city of Chicago, was the perfect choice for this couple. Guests were treated to tranquil swans floating on the ponds throughout the exterior grounds, and inside cozied up to gorgeous tables covered in linens from Covered Affairs. The tabletops featured intricate centerpieces designed by Northern Greenhouses. These elaborate arrangements — small trees dripping with white orchids and lush cream roses — paired with flickering candlelight to set the tone for an evening to remember.

An exotic evening of fun and entertainment awaited guests at this Moroccan-themed engagement party held at Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, California. Kristin Banta Events pulled out all the stops, with jewel-toned tapestries hung from every wall and filigreed bronze lanterns that cast a warm glow throughout the venue.
