The Cooper Design Space was built in 1927 to house LA fashion designers and manufacturers and is known for having been the premier spot for fashion showrooms in the 1940’s and 50’s. It has since been renovated to host an array of events for lifestyle creatives. This venue offers 22,000 square-feet of raw space appeal with downtown views, natural light and a dedicated freight elevator.

Just as in New York, Hollywood’s NeueHouse is a magnet for creatives in film, fashion, design, publishing and architecture. This landmarked LA location on Sunset Boulevard is a modernist work of art commissioned in 1938 to be the CBS Radio Building. It boasts tons of natural light and several outdoor spaces that take advantage of the temperate California climate. The Belasco

The Belasco of Downtown Los Angeles is a 1920’s theater that was resurrected in 2011 after an extensive three-year restoration that preserved its historical charm while adding state-of-the-art sound and lighting. Playing host to everything from award shows and corporate events to weddings and bar/bat mitzvah celebrations, the 40,000 square-foot Belasco has emerged as a multipurpose event and entertainment complex. The main theater features a multi-tiered balcony overlooking the stage while the ballroom boasts its own entrance into a luxe space with large leather booths and intricate awnings and molding.

The Fig House

The Fig House is bespoke indoor/outdoor event venue nestled between Los Angeles and Pasadena. With an eye toward modern glamour, the space features stained glass windows by the local artisans at Judson Studios and paint and wallpaper in bold colors by Farrow and Ball. The outdoor garden is home to lush landscaping and walls rich with ivy. While The Fig House can host up to 450 people, its layout has the unique ability to allow an intimate ambiance for smaller parties of fewer than 100 guests.

The Majestic Downtown

Historically-preserved and protected by the National Register of Historic Places, this extraordinary venue was designed by renowned architectural firm Schultze & Weaver in 1921. It’s a stunning raw space with statement-making Italian painted ceilings, crystal chandeliers, bold arched windows, and beautiful marble columns and floors. The Grand Hall combines both the North and South Halls for 26,500 square feet of fully-customizable space. It features a dramatic marble staircase that leads to a mezzanine for a gallery view of the entire hall. Use the smaller halls for more intimate gatherings.
