Hosted at Sony Pictures Studios, a historic movie lot, this blockbuster Bar Mitzvah featured an outdoor movie screening in Calley Park. Design and production team, Rrivre Works, suspended a glittering chandelier from the branches of a towering tree, while patio heaters kept the celebration at the perfect temperature long into the night. The Studios’ event production team worked with production designer Jakub Durkoth to create a red carpet entrance amidst movie-glam stanchions for this Parisian Bar Mitzvah. After that, guests stepped through the Steven J. Ross Theater onto Brownstone Street where a very French street scene awaited. Surrounded by period lamp posts, bistro lights, flower carts and picturesque fountains, Moulin Rouge dancers and mimes-on-stilts entertained celebrants en soirée. Guests enjoyed a myriad of interactive activities such a cookie decorating station and beret embroidery station, all under the beauty of the Los Angeles night sky.
