Why Hosting a Beverly Hills Wedding is Easier Than You Think, Thanks to These 4 Iconic Venues
With all the entertainment and accommodation options available in Los Angeles, planning a Beverly Hills wedding weekend can seem like an impossible task. You will want your Beverly Hills wedding guests to feel taken care of and entertained throughout the entire weekend, especially if they’re flying in from out of town. These four Beverly Hills hotels offer versatile spaces, luxe suites and accommodations, renowned restaurants and bars, 5-star service, and so much more — your wedding guests won’t ever have to leave the property. Here we share different wedding weekend itineraries, based on the Beverly Hills hotel of your choice.
Friday
Avoid Cold Feet at The Beverly Hilton’s Aqua Star Pool
After you’ve arrived in Beverly Hills, checked in to your room, and hung up your wedding attire, you’ll want to take advantage of free time and explore your surroundings — you’re at The Beverly Hilton, after all. Rid your prenuptial jitters — and cold feet — by diving into the largest heated pool in all of Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hilton’s Aqua Star Pool is known as one of LA’s hottest spots — very fitting given its warm water.
Eliminate Wedding Stress with On-Site Shopping & Salons
Before your Beverly Hills wedding commitments begin, check out the high-end boutique shops within the hotel space, or take a stroll down adjacent Rodeo Drive where retail therapy is encouraged. Stop into The Beverly Hilton’s Bellezza Salon where lots of Hollywood A-listers have primped and prepped for events of their own. Treat your bridal party to mani-pedis, or style your hair for the night’s rehearsal dinner.
Raise a Toast to This Rehearsal Dinner Space
We absolutely love this sleek indoor meeting space within The Beverly Hilton, which offers a more intimate feel than something outdoors — perfect for a rehearsal dinner. With full A/V capabilities, speeches and toasts can be made on the mic, and a short clip celebrating the newlyweds-to-be can be displayed. We also love how this space can be transformed with draping and ceiling decor, like this event JOWY Productions planned for InStyle and Warner Brothers’ Golden Globes viewing party (talk about a way to wow your guests!).
Saturday
Sit Back & Relax Before Walking Down the Aisle
Every bride wants the top treatments — makeup, hair, a massage perhaps — to look and feel her best before walking down the aisle. Fortunately for Los Angeles wedding-goers, The Beverly Hilton offers the first-ever biohacking human upgrade facility called Upgrade Labs. We know this sounds a little technical, but this luxury health and fitness spa offers services for the body and the brain, including the Red Carpet Radiance treatment — a deep internal detoxification process — and the About Last Night service — which purges toxins and rehydrates the body.
Here Comes the Beverly Hills Bride
There’s no place to say “I do” in the City of Angels quite like the heavenly rooftop space of The Beverly Hilton, outside the Stardust Penthouse. You will truly feel as if you are floating on a cloud while overlooking Los Angeles from eight stories up. Schedule your ceremony right around golden hour for gorgeous, glowing wedding photos.
Pop Champagne in the Garden
Lead your Beverly Hills wedding guests to The Gardens area of The Beverly Hilton for a post-ceremony cocktail hour. Just a short elevator ride away from your rooftop ceremony, this chic space transports guests to an entirely different atmosphere with manicured green grass, rows of palm trees, living greenery walls, and chic white walls. Here’s where you can surprise guests with your custom wedding cocktails and some live entertainment.
The Moment You’ve All Been Waiting For
You’ve laughed, you’ve cried, you’ve said “I do” — now it’s time to wine, dine, and dance the night away in one of the most iconic and extravagant venues across the country in The Beverly Hilton’s International Ballroom. Home to the annual Golden Globe Awards and hundreds of other renowned galas, this ballroom is no stranger to Hollywood stars. With multiple crystal chandeliers, top-of-the-line A/V capabilities, a built-in stage, and more, this ballroom truly sparkles from the inside out. Your Beverly Hills wedding dreams will come to life in this truly one-of-a-kind space.
Raise the Roof at Your After Party
Continue your celebration from the rooftop space, now transformed from your ceremony with trendy lounge spaces and cabanas for guests to rest their dancing feet. The space includes a built-in stage, dance floor, and in-house sound, so hire a DJ to keep the party going. The Stardust Penthouse is also equipped with a full service kitchen, to keep your after party cuisine fresh.
Sunday
Save the Best Brunch for Last
Circa 55 — The Beverly Hilton’s resident restaurant — offers a poolside space available for rent. Enjoy market-fresh and locally-sourced California cuisine as you nurse yourself back to life after a long night of dancing (you might want to revisit the spa right after brunch). Your guests will enjoy the pool proximity, and soaking up the sun before it’s time to go back to reality. Consider a beach tote giveaway with custom water bottles, sunglasses, towels or more. Trust us, this Beverly Hills wedding is one people are going to want to remember forever.
Friday
Arrive in Style
For the brides and grooms staying in the top suites of the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, the luxury hotel pulls out all of the stops. Those who opt for “The Doheny Experience” will be picked up from LAX as part of the “Plane to Suite” perk and transported privately to their hotel room where a floral arrangement by celebrity and resident Four Seasons florist, Jeff Leatham, will be waiting. The Doheny Experience doesn’t stop there — suite guests will be treated to personalized welcome amenities, butler service, and car service all weekend.
Welcome to the Four Seasons
Your wedding guests will be buzzing with excitement the moment they see that you’re hosting your Beverly Hills wedding at the town’s elegant Four Seasons Hotel. Exceed their high expectations from the start by hosting a welcome party in the hotel’s Wetherly Pavilion. This garden-side, covered outdoor space is the perfect spot for mixing and mingling with your arriving guests — after all, they’ll want to be outside from the moment they arrive! A welcome party also offers guests time to connect with others before all of the official wedding festivities begin.
An Internationally-Inspired Rehearsal Dinner
Celebrate your last fling before the rings on the gorgeous new deck space overlooking the pool and the city at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The five-star catering team can create any internationally-inspired menu of your choice: high-end BBQ, a unique Moroccan spread, a classic New England clambake, or some Italian cuisine transporting your tastebuds to Tuscany. We adore the string lights stretching across this warm space, casting a romantic twinkle across the terrace and lined palm trees.
Wind Down With a Love Story
We love the unique screening room within the Four Seasons and how it offers a romantic and relaxing way to celebrate with loved ones. Play the soon-to-be newlyweds favorite movie, or a reel of family and friends sending their best wishes. We recommend custom popcorn holders with the couple’s monogram and wedding colors.
Saturday
Enjoy a Prenuptial Namaste
Go above and beyond for your Beverly Hills wedding — literally — by hosting a private yoga session from the sky high helicopter pad atop the Four Seasons. Watch the sunrise from 17 floors up and enjoy 360-degree views of the city, including a prime view of the Hollywood sign. The Four Seasons just recently started offering this Helipad Yoga service, so your guests will love this novel wedding weekend activity.
Get High-Heel Ready
Offer a little R&R to your bridesmaids before your Beverly Hills wedding ceremony. Enjoy outdoor spa services and fresh pressed juices — you can even customize your own — with one of the Four Seasons’ poolside cabana packages. Unwind and get a sun-kissed glow to look and feel great before heading down the aisle.
A Night Beneath the Hollywood Stars
Nothing could be more romantic than a Beverly Hills wedding ceremony hosted at the Four Seasons’ Wetherly Garden. We love adding a clear top tent to this space with twinkling lights and crystal chandeliers, like at this green and white floral masterpiece wedding planned by Linda Howard Events.
Set the Scene with a Dramatic Dance Floor
Your wedding guests will continue to be wowed as you move from the garden space to The Ballroom. We love how this wedding, planned by International Event Company, transformed the space with white draping and florals, centered by a luxe monogrammed dance floor. Transition from wedding band to DJ and keep the afterparty going in the ballroom with confetti cannons and dramatic lighting to signal the shift. The Four Seasons team recommends bringing in a burger bar or taco truck for some delicious midnight snacks.
Sunday
Rise and Shine from the Terrace Restaurant
A meal at Four Seasons’ Cabana restaurant is not your average post-wedding brunch. From a sun-soaked terrace your guests can enjoy breakfast, reminisce on the incredible evening, and say goodbye before heading home. We love Cabana’s classic brunch options, but you can also customize a menu to fit your specific palate. Guests will enjoy the healthy smoothies after a late night out — set up a station to customize your own!
Friday
Rooftop Welcome Party
Give a warm welcome to your wedding guests — and their taste buds — by kicking off the weekend from the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills’ Rooftop by JG. Named for Jean Georges, an award-winning chef who is known for his stellar French-American cuisine served at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills, is also within the hotel space. Enjoy cocktails, sweeping Beverly Hills views, and fresh, organic bites from the rooftop menu. We recommend passing out welcome totes filled with a weekend itinerary, snacks, and other fun surprises for your guests.
Host a Whimsical Rooftop Rehearsal Dinner
We absolutely love the vibrant and playful tones and patterns in the Jean-Georges Beverly Hills
Sway Private Dining Room. This indoor dining space lives on the top floor of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. Your guests will be kept busy enjoying 360-degree views of Los Angeles and fawning over the Jean Georges-created menu. We recommend keeping your rehearsal dinner intimate in this space, and meeting other guests near the rooftop pool after dinner for time to catch up.
Late Night Pool Party
After the rehearsal dinner has wrapped, invite the rest of your guests to meet for a poolside night cap. Hire a mixologist as entertainment and enjoy music and light snacks from the rooftop space of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. This low pressure wedding activity allows guests to come and go as they please.
Saturday
Break a Sweat
Brides and grooms will love the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills’ proximity to fan favorite fitness studio, SoulCycle. Hit an early morning ride with your bridal party to sweat out toxins from the night before, leaving you glowing for the rest of the day. The high-energy music and dancing will wake everyone up and build excitement for hitting the reception’s dance floor. If you’re looking for a more relaxing morning activity, the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills offers private rooftop yoga sessions.
Transform the Astor Ballroom Into the Ceremony of Your Dreams
Florals, draping, light fixtures, and a custom-printed aisle are just a few of the ways we have seen couples transform The Astor Ballroom space of the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. After spending the majority of Friday night outside, your wedding guests will appreciate the romantic atmosphere within the ballroom space and being able to see all of the spaces the hotel has to offer.
Gatsby-Approved Cocktail Hour
This luxe gold space outside the Astor Ballroom — the Astor Foyer — is the perfect location for your post-ceremony cocktail hour. Guests can exit the ballroom and immediately be greeted with hors d’oeuvres and an open bar to enjoy at tall-boy tables. Add a wow-worthy element to the inspired space, such as a serve-yourself champagne fountain or photo booth.
Flip Your Ceremony Space and Surprise with Mood Lighting
As your guests are wining and dining on light apps in the Astor Foyer, your events team can completely transform your ceremony space into a swanky reception spot. Bring in large tables with on-theme centerpieces, strip the draping, and use moody lighting to set a cool ambiance. Your wedding guests will be impressed with the space’s versatility — and how swiftly it was put together. Leave room for the dance floor and DJ and keep guests dancing in this large space all night.
Sunday
Put a Twist on Avocado Toast
Hit the rooftop pool the morning after your wedding for some vitamin D and delectable Jean-Georges cuisine to cure the inevitable hangover. We’ve been told that the Rooftop by JG’s avocado pizza is absolutely to die for. Guests will love the play on the trendy avocado toast — and will love eating it from pool loungers even more.
Friday
Pop Champagne, Wine, and Dine
Greet your Beverly Hills wedding guests with a glass of bubbly and light bites at The Café space of the Montage Beverly Hills. This breakfast café doubles as a wine and champagne bar, kicking off your wedding weekend in a beach-chic, relaxed space. You and your guests can also roam around the multiple boutiques located within the lobby space of the Montage.
Enjoy Views From the Conservatory
The Montage Beverly Hills’ Conservatory is a 1,250-square-foot, glass-enclosed dining room, offering stunning vistas of the Hollywood hills. Fitting up to 70 seated guests, this spot is fit for a rehearsal dinner, as it is both romantic and gorgeously illuminated at night. Enjoy California-style cuisine from one of the multiple Montage award-winning chefs.
A £10 Night Cap
£10 is the Montage Beverly Hills’ whiskey lounge which serves one of the most impressive whiskeys, The Macallan Single Malt. This private, cozy space offers intimacy for your wedding guests to mix and mingle before the next day’s celebration. For non-whiskey drinkers, work with the sommelier team to serve one or two of the 11,000 bottles of wine in the Montage’s expansive collection.
Saturday
Take a Quick Dip
Detox to retox in the Montage Beverly Hills’ mineral pool located in the luxurious spa, and serve champagne and fruit as you and your bridal party unwind before the ceremony. We also recommend booking a private spa cabana where you and your guests can find complete privacy — and serenity.
A Timeless Terrace Ceremony
We absolutely love how this whimsical garden wedding, planned by Marketa Harlan, was a sun-drenched ceremony that took place on the Montage Terrace. This enchanting terrace space opens up to the Beverly Canon Gardens, serving as a lush colorful ceremony backdrop. For an evening ceremony, line the aisle with candles and add to the moonlit backdrop with dramatic uplighting. The tunneled entrance to this terrace space is a romantic “first look” location where brides and grooms can surprise their partners from behind large columns — the perfect photo op.
Garden Gathering
After vows have been exchanged, lead your guests into the Beverly Canon Gardens, which they have likely been eyeing throughout the ceremony. This Tuscan-inspired open-aired courtyard space is absolutely enchanting and offers guests some more time in the sun. Set up an al fresco bar where your custom cocktails can first be revealed. We love the idea of having floating floral petals in the fountain, previewing the décor to come in the reception space.
An Evening of Grandeur
After your garden cocktail hour has wrapped, it’s time for the grand ballroom reveal. Guests will be blown away by the opulent Marquesa Ballroom, a Spanish Colonial-inspired space complete with multiple chandeliers, opera balconies, and over 5,000 square feet of space to dine and dance. Surprise your guests the moment they enter the space with a wow-worthy performance by your wedding band. Multiple entrances and dramatic draping allow for an epic entrance by the newlyweds and their bridal party. You will want to leave plenty of room for the dance floor — we love how Exquisite Events lined this monogrammed floor with lush florals.
Sunday
Enjoy “Something Blue”
Gather poolside with your Beverly Hills wedding guests the morning after the celebration to share the night’s memories, enjoy pressed juices, and eat brunch, delivered directly to your lounge chairs. This spacious rooftop space offers incredible cityscape views for your guests to take in one last time before leaving the resort.
