8 Awe-Inspiring California Weddings

Held at Nobu Malibu, Linda Howard Events created this breathtaking wedding for a dreamy couple. With the crystal clear ocean setting and the most incredible clear skies, the bride and groom shared their wedding vows among the most picturesque background.  The spectacular chuppah was overflowing with white and ivory flowers and was later transformed into the perfect spot for the wedding cake at the reception. The champagne linens were mirrored by the champagne curtains that draped the walls of the entire restaurant. The 9-course meal left guests in awe as they danced the night away and celebrated the newly weds.

The couple wanted a black tie, timeless wedding that felt like home. Comfortable and colorful, yet elegant and understated. A Savvy Event created a ceremony and reception that fit perfectly within the beauty of Annadel Estate Winery, almost as if it was meant to be in that space every single day. Annadel is full of rich landscapes and historic buildings, and the decor was only meant to add to and accentuate the natural beauty of the property, while bringing in personal touches from the couple and their families. From the immaculate tent and warm and rustic florals to the dessert table full of pies, this Santa Rose wedding created a warmth of home and family within the formality and elegance of a black tie wedding.

Produced by Kristin Banta Events and inspired by the venue and the couple’s love for Los Angeles – the place where they first met – this wedding was opulent and chic, yet beautifully restrained and filled with personal details. The textured palette was set in rich golds, lush ivorys, and navy accents, creating the most romantic yet glamourous setting. Luxe tablescapes set in array of candlelight, breathtaking white florals, inspired decor and custom details all made this wedding as unique as the couple that it celebrated.

For the design aesthetic for this stunning wedding, The Lynden Lane Company developed their vision around the beach-inspired Biltmore Santa Barbara. Soft cream-colored florals enveloped the entire venue—from the ceremony space to the reception venue. From the tablescapes to the cake, this wedding was the most magical combination of glamorous and romantic. Sparkling chandeliers, rustic rentals, and luminous candlelight made this occasion one for the books!

This couple traveled from New York to their beautiful destination wedding at Triple S Ranch in Calistoga. Before ever seeing their venue, the couple gushed about getting married under the canopy of a gorgeous walnut tree. The ceremony was a beautiful tribute to love as the tree leaves were still lush and just beginning to show their golden tones. The reception was al fresco on the terrace. Guests were served a fantastic four-course meal as they mingled at farm tables. The tablescape of lush white flowers and greenery with an abundance of candlelight truly made for an exquisite evening.

This wedding was a quintessential Northern California wedding. It had everything that makes California weddings so much fun to photograph – in abundance. The stylish couple wanted to make this day their own by incorporating their canine ring bearer, doves and a small marching band. The outdoor space a the Burlingame Country Club, the use of greenery and floral prints, and the outdoor boho-inspired venue – all combined with the perfect weather – all made this wedding a beautiful and picturesque day.

This vibrant wedding at Sunstone Winery features Keith J. Laverty’s fabulous floral work. From the leis that the grooms wore in the ceremony to the stunning arrangements at the reception, this day was filled with color and love. Going for a bright hue tone for the tablescape, the turquoise linens and muted pink and cream florals added to the desired design. By dinnertime, the decadent candlelight brought everything to life! Whimsical touches such a snow cones and fire dancers made the evening that much more memorable.  It was a stunning day on the vineyard for the happy couple to say “I Do.”

This fabulous Santa Barbara wedding was the perfect combination of glamorous and timeless. The cocktail hour was overlooking the ocean at the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara. As the day progressed, guests moved across the street to the ceremony on the lawn at the Biltmore. The cream and light pink florals set the most romantic scene for the couple to exchange vows and celebrate their love. The same soft neutral hues were used for the cake and table decor at the reception. Light pinks and creams to tie in the vintage decor of the Coral Casino, creating the most perfect evening.
