This event is packed full of Instagrammable moments, but one of our favorites is the pink carpet, perfect for making a grand Barbie entrance to an event with touches like a cocktail bar with hundreds of perfectly-outfitted Barbies and fun quotes like “Plastic, classic and fantastic” worked into the décor, all designed by Jonathan Adler. The pink moments here are endless and done in a fun, but tasteful and mature way — we wish we had been invited!

Of course a speakeasy theme perfectly melds with casino activities at this Chicago Casino Suppliers event at Toyota Park, but this party added in a notorious Chicago gangster to boot. Guests transported to a different decade and hung out with the one-and-only Al Capone. Guests could slide into a booth and sit right next to “Scarface” himself in the form of a remarkably life-like mannequin. You could raise a glass with the mob boss and toast your bathtub gin to a Prohibition-era evening featuring abundant gambling, poker, blackjack and other inspired games.

Having your backdrop show the name of your company-sponsored event offers more social media bang for your buck. We love the Indie Beauty Expo branding with attention-catching purple neon signs that perfectly-captured the essence of their event. And no, you’re not seeing double — the floral team at Flour actually created two side-by-side spots to increase the opportunity for guests at the busy event to snap shots (and post) at the California Market Center.

This Paulette Wolf Events celebration has photo ops galore but our favorite is an area with live action girls wrapped in gold leather that changed poses for different groups. It’s an exciting take on the standard instagram backdrop. This James Bond-inspired event had chic, on-theme touches from Kehoe Designs like an ice sculpture in the form of 007’s gun and classic gambling areas. The evening was topped with a performance by Maroon 5 — yet another major social media moment for this incredible corporate anniversary.

Another event from dream team Paulette Wolf Events and Kehoe Designs provides the perfect photo backdrop for this event celebrating a new cloud storage company. They worked the company’s purpose into the design of the Instagrom spot. Attendees were encouraged to get in the clouds at the Millennium Park Rooftop Terrace with this massive thirty foot art installation that had guests reeling at the opportunity to pose alongside it.

A glamorous seating arrangement is a great way to provide your guests a perfect social media moment, and the eye-catching white lounge drenched in florals garnered a lot of attention at this Sonal J. Shah Event Consultants wedding at The Rockleigh. The seating arrangement was surrounded by tall hurricane candles casting a dreamy glow intertwined with pink and white flower arrangements by Atlas Floral Decorators.
