French Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers & Poodles are the Stars of These Weddings

It’s a special moment, walking down the aisle toward the one who keeps your feet warm at night and wakes you with a kiss in the morning — of course, we’re talking about your pup. Incorporating your furry companion into your wedding celebration can make the day even more fun (and, yes, a little more unpredictable). These adorable and well-behaved dogs in attendance got to enjoy the special day with their best friends. Perfectly dressed in an array of floral collars, suit jackets, ties, and more, these dapper dogs brought smiles — and licks — to guests’ faces.
This black-and-white spotted French Bulldog staged a sit-in on her owner’s delicate lace veil at a glam wedding in San Francisco.
You may now kiss the bride. These newlyweds posed with their adorable and fun-loving dog who wasted no time showing love and affection to his married mama.
The dress code was black-tie and their dog followed “suit,” wearing a bow tie collar. The three are pictured together outside their glamorous Valentine’s Day wedding celebration.
The bride’s sweet puppy donned her fanciest pearl and even “helped” her owner buckle her shoe pre-ceremony — what a good girl. At the reception entrance was a sweet sign from Chalk Shop letting guests know that a donation had been made in their name celebrating the couple’s love for animals and another sign at the bar offered a “Lulu-tini” in their pup’s honor (as well as her cute chalk-drawn image).
While the official first dance went to the groom, it’s this precious pooch’s dance floor moves that’ll have guests (and us) talking for a long time to come. Branching Out Events created a beautiful collar of florals so that the pup would fit right in to the beautiful Texas wedding.
What bride doesn’t need a little hand holding on her big day? This loyal dog sat beside his owner offering moral — and paw — support as she prepped in the bridal suite. The lucky bride was flanked by double sweetness before her walk down the aisle.
Here comes the… dog! The couple’s English Bulldog made his way down the grassy aisle at this outdoor wedding ceremony with a snaggle-toothed smile and a pretty floral collar.
A beautiful ceremony held in Chicago featured the couple’s sweet golden retriever who walked both the bride and groom down the aisle for a photo op.
We love that this pup didn’t seem to mind his dramatic leafy wreath collar. His flair matched the outdoor beachy setting of the Montauk wedding as well as the couple’s floral chuppah.

This Golden Retriever was perfectly posed in front of his owners at the picturesque Cafe Brauer at the Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago at this romantic fall wedding. The special boy got to walk down the aisle with the groom to share the special day.

This little guy was the star of the show at his parent’s beautiful wedding ceremony in Dana Point, California. His vine-wrapped leash and freshly-cut beard matched the design elements of the celebration, as impeccably planned by Couture Events California.
Wedding days can be long and stressful, so it’s important to get in some R&R whenever possible. This little pooch wasted no time taking a quick nap before the festivities began and he joined his sweet sister for the gorgeous ceremony, perfectly designed and planned by EVOKE to include the pups.

This gorgeous doggy fastened his bow tie for the big day, flanked by his handsome masters donned in classic matching boutonnières from Alfred House Productions. The couple even named a speciality cocktail — “Granger Danger” — after the pup for guests to enjoy.
