The board game Battleship was so popular with kids (and adults) that it later inspired a science-fiction action movie.

5. Tray Service with Style
This futuristic party dazzled with show-stopping entertainment by J & D Entertainment.
LED-costumed performers (and glow-in-the-dark wearable trays) had everyone feeling right at home in this futuristic setting.
Servers donned metallic and robot-patterned leotards, while colorful laser lighting transformed the scene into an intergalactic Cloud 9.

6. Rad Relativity
Every detail of this space-themed party — planned by Rachel De Marte Events — has us reaching for our cameras.
Kehoe Designs created an imaginative landscape with futuristic furnishings and geometric centerpieces.
Guests could order a Tang cocktail in a space pack at the laser-cut bar or enjoy photo ops with actors dressed as various sci-fi characters.

When the Chicago Symphony Center puts on “The Galaxy’s Greatest Hits,” you can expect a spectacular party.

No doubt about it: The imaginative scope of this “Galactica” gala is as infinite as the universe itself.
Designer and Producer Galaxy Productions enthralled guests with a giant planetary ceiling installation as well as captivating neon tablescapes.
