Intimate Indian Wedding at Creativo Loft

For this 10-person wedding, rentals were provided by Tablescapes.

The ceremony altar was designed with birch branches, ivory and gold ribbons, and an ivory wood counter, with floral arrangement in rustic gold vases.

The bride’s ivory wedding bouquet, the mothers’ corsages and mens’ boutonnieres were put together by Steve’s Flower Market.

For the reception, table settings were made up of gold-rimmed dinnerware, paisley gold chargers, mother-of-pearl flatware and traditional crystal stemware. Guests sat on gold chiavari chairs with ivory cushions. The orange ornamental print menu, by Paperview Designs, complemented the Indian wedding theme.

The tables accents of gold votive candles and special orange Mediterranean tea glasses used for bud vases (filled with peach ranunculus flowers) were from Creativo Loft’s in-house decor collection. For a final touch on the tables, the wood flowerbox centerpieces featured ivory flowers and green garland.

Last but not least, guests enjoyed an ivory, orange and gold dust wedding cake from Chicago’s Alliance Bakery. It was a perfect and special celebration.
