Kim Crawford Rosé Summer Soiree
Kim Crawford teamed up with SHADOW to launch their brand new Rosé in the beautiful city of Los Angeles. Summer and Rosé go hand in hand, creating the perfect way to celebrate the start of summer. Kim Crawford’s vision of an outdoor event was not hard to accomplish with the sunny skies of California. When thinking of a whimsical and iconic venue for a summer soiree, The Beverly Hills Hotel was at the top of the list. The hotel’s signature pink hue matched perfectly with the Kim Crawford Rosé. This event was an opportune moment for Kim Crawford to promote their philosophy of “Undo Ordinary” through the uniqueness of their original Rosé. When chatting party and branding, Kim Crawford Director, Meryl Van Meter, stated, “This party was first and foremost to celebrate the launch for our brand new Rosé wine, but we also wanted to create a picture perfect moment to officially kick off the summer season.”
SHADOW and Jessica Fels Event Production & Design captured Kim Crawford’s vision of an unforgettable outdoor party. They exceeded guests’ expectations with their close attention to detail. The hotel’s Crystal Garden was transformed into a wine-lover’s dream. The beautiful garden trees were adorned with dangling wine bottles illuminated by twinkling string lights. The most unique aspect of the party was the floral bar inspired by the vision of roses and Rosé. A black and white striped bar painted with palm leaves was embellished with breathtaking pink roses, executed by Eric Buterbaugh and Floral Rush. The new wine was displayed on shelves that hung against a pink wall draped in pink roses. Touches of gold accented the floral bar creating a luxurious focal point for the party.
The garden was furnished with lavish pale pink couches topped with tropical throw pillows to compliment the natural beauty of the garden. Partygoers were able to relax and mingle while sipping on Rosé and taking in the evening. They snacked on fabulous fare and specialty cocktails prepared by The Beverly Hills Hotel. After enjoying the savory snacks, guests were able to cool off and catch a sugar high by visiting the dessert cart containing popsicles infused with three Kim Crawford wines.
As the sun went down, the party only continued. Guests watched as fashion illustrator, Jeanette Getrost, drew up fabulous self-portraits. With a magical backdrop of twinkling string lights, a special surprise performance from up-and-coming singer, Palmer Reed, ended the evening on a high note. When discussing the ultimate goal of the evening, Van Meter explained, “We wanted to create a real ‘wow’ moment, and bring the brand’s ethos to life, which we were able to achieve with next level decor and live entertainment. I think everyone walked away from the event feeling like they’d experienced something extraordinary, and that’s exactly what we wanted to accomplish.” This Rosé soiree was the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of summer and the fun that lies ahead.
