Elegant Lake Geneva Wedding

Dreaming of a summer lake wedding? Take some inspiration from this gorgeous Lake Geneva tented wedding, planned by Bliss Wedding & Events. Themed around the bride’s goal of “casual elegance,” the wedding featured polished gold and cut crystal paired with natural linen-like textures, which enhanced a comfortable yet sophisticated feeling. After the backyard lakefront ceremony, cocktails were served in chic lounge areas, which featured natural yet luxe furniture that was set with custom mirrored-and-golden gilded highboy tables. Guests were then invited into dinner in a climate-controlled, peak-top tent accented by custom flags with the couple’s monogram waving in the breeze. The tent interior was entirely crisp white with white carpet and even white-draped walls, allowing the dramatic table settings to create the impact. Oval tables covered in cream linen fabric woven with gold threads were topped with fluffy white hydrangea, ivory spray roses, soft pink peonies, dripping white phalenopsis orchid sprays and bold purple wisteria.
