Formerly a storage warehouse, Brooklyn-based KAI studio has been transformed into a breathtaking, Asian-inspired event space. Luxe white velour curtains hang from the 30-foot ceilings that feature two floors of event space totaling 6,000 square feet. Look for special touches like hand-carved woodworks and a cool raised lounge seating area that offers a VIP feel with a modern white sectional and plank flooring.

This landmark building located on Park Avenue was fully-restored while maintaining many classic features from the original structure, built in 1923. The 583 Park Avenue features an interior balcony rimmed in lovely ironwork overlooking the massive ground floor event space.
