Swing Into Spring

Entire Productions, The Bently Reserve and AllSeated’s ”Swing into Spring” paid ode to the glamorous era of Palm Springs in the 1960s. Focusing on event experience design, the team created memorable journey through featured acts and stations that engaged all senses, delivered unsuspected surprises, and provided spaces where attendees could be vulnerable with one another. Guests included Steve Kemble, Mindy Weiss and San Francisco’s top event professionals. Partygoers filled the Bently Reserve to mix and mingle and dance the night away with synchronized swimmers and Marilyn Monroe.

The evening started with a V.I.P. Pre-Party with Mindy Weiss. Guests sipped on colorful champagne cocktails and snacked on fabulous fare (our favorite was the cake table!) The room was filled with tropical glam banana leafs decor and pops of bold colors. Mindy Weiss chatted about her memorable experiences in the industry, her journey and her new book, “The Wedding Book.”

As guests headed into Swing Into Spring they were greeted by PanAm flight attendants, a go-go dancer in a 6-foot martini glass and a multi-layer champagne tower hosting tons of beverages for guests to sip on as they make their way into the festive 1960s Palm Springs fete. From Marilyn Monroe and Andy Warhol to the dancing flamingo and Synchronized Swim Dancers, Entire Productions truly hit all of the bases 1960s-inspired entertainment.

Top San Francisco catering companies all joined forces to provide unique cuisine throughout the event. Ladies Who Lunch, Barbara Llewellyn Catering & Event Planning, 49 Square Catering, The Hugh Groman Group, Michi and Global Gourmet Catering all brought their finest work to the event table at Swing Into Spring. Guests snacked on everything from whipped heirloom bean purée (Ladies Who Lunch), BBQ tacos and sushi (Michi), seared duck (49 Square Catering), homemade potato tots (The Hugh Groman Group), an assortment of baked veggies and homemade candy bars (Barbara Llewellyn Catering & Event Planning), stunning cakes (Global Gourmet Catering) and much much more. These catering companies brought their A game to the Bently Reserve!

The entertainment was as incredibly festive as Entire Productions let the 1960s Palm Springs theme shine at all times! The 1960s Fashion Photo Shoot Set provided hours of entertainment as guests visited this interactive photo booth complete with inflatable flamingo, 1960s garb and beach balls! The Synchronized Swim Dancers and PanAm flight attendants joined guests on the dance floor where they danced the night away to the sounds of The Klipptones under falling confetti.

A big thank you to Entire Productions, Bently Reserve, AllSeated and all of the other event professionals that made this event memorable and fabulous!
