Whether you’re hosting a Bar Mitzvah celebration in Chicago or an intimate dinner party in New York City, the right tropical décor and cuisine can instantly transport your guests to a land of deep-blue seas and verdant greenery. These 10 tropical-theme party ideas prove that location is a state of mind — and that celebrations always take place in paradise.
