- For events with a guest count of 125+, multiple locations, or many moving parts, an Event Assistant will be required to provide the best event support.
- How many years have you been in business?
- I have been in the event industry for 7 years but have owed 6ixStory Events since 2018.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- With full-service event planning I provide recommendations, arrange site visits & coordinate meetings.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- All payments to the event professional team vendors would come directly from you.
- What is Event Coordination exactly?
- For 6ixStory Events, Event Coordination includes check-ins along your planning journey, timeline creation, full-day event production, vendor management, and rehearsals if applicable. Some other details as well, but please feel free to inquire about a consultation.
