For events with a guest count of 125+, multiple locations, or many moving parts, an Event Assistant will be required to provide the best event support.

I have been in the event industry for 7 years but have owed 6ixStory Events since 2018.

Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?

With full-service event planning I provide recommendations, arrange site visits & coordinate meetings.

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

All payments to the event professional team vendors would come directly from you.

What is Event Coordination exactly?

For 6ixStory Events, Event Coordination includes check-ins along your planning journey, timeline creation, full-day event production, vendor management, and rehearsals if applicable. Some other details as well, but please feel free to inquire about a consultation.
