What makes your services unique?: We operate as an extension of our client's team. There's no agency/client wall with us. We bring event management in-house for you and take the time to fully immersive ourselves in your team and work with the same passion to deliver a knockout event.
What services do you offer?: Our wide range of experience allows us to seamlessly adapt to whatever event requests come our way. Since we produce Corporate, Non-Profit and Social events, each client benefits from our strengths in each sector.
Do you offer different packages?: We customize each package based up on our client's needs. Let's setup a time to chat and we can fill you in!
What venues have you worked at before?: We have worked at all the major hotels in the Greater Boston area and continue to add vendor partners to our portfolio. In addition to being familiar with the New England region, we have experience working with venues in New York and Southwest Florida.
How would past clients describe working with you?: We are pleased to share we have a 100% retention rate. This is the best compliment we can receive. In addition to our strong communication skills, our clients generally are impressed by our ability to stay calm and level-headed in any situation.

Kelly Soule

Owner/Principal Planner

Kelly Soule, Founder and Principal Planner, has over 15 years of experience successfully managing complex events, hospitality and marketing programs. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, executing large-scale research conferences and client entertainment programs. After years working as a consultant for the Sundance Film Festival, US Open and NFL on Location, in 2018, she transformed her experience into 2 event businesses, 8 Stratton Event Management and Kelly Elizabeth Events.
