FAQs 9

Who will be my photographer, Ivonne or Adrian?
We believe it is critical to maintain the same level of quality in all of our work, so we never send random employees to weddings. We are a consolidated team of two people who have been working together for over ten years. Ivonne will be your photographer if you have a small celebration and choose t
Are the travel costs included in the prices?
We are based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, but we have no geographical restrictions. All weddings held in Riviera Maya include travel expenses. A special quote should be requested for other wedding locations.
What time do you start taking photos on the wedding day?
We usually begin two hours before the ceremony at the bride and groom's hotel, allowing for room changes. If the ceremony begins at 5 p.m., the getting ready photo shoot would begin at 3 p.m.
Do you take group photos at the end of the ceremony?
Yes. It is the only time we make an exception for spontaneity. The newlyweds' group photos with family and friends are important, and they should be taken.
Do you take photos during the meal?
Yes, but only broad shots of the tables and speeches. From the first course of the meal until the desserts are served, a break is taken. Photographs of people eating do not turn out well, so it is preferable to let them rest, enjoy their meal, and converse calmly.
