What event planning services do you offer?

We offer partial and full planning and design services for social and corporate clients. We plan everything from weddings, bar mitzvahs, bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays and private events to corporate retreats and launch parties.

Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?

Yes. We will create a customized action plan and be on hand to help facilitate and manage all vendor relations.

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

We have a very experienced team of associate coordinators and generally have 3-6 people on hand depending on the scale of the event and tasks at hand.

What venues have you worked at before?

We have designed, planned and or produced over 450 events so the list is rather extensive in the NY metro / TriState area. Some of our most frequented venues are The Harvard Club NYC, The Harmonie Club NYC, The Pierre Hotel, The Glenmere Mansion, Cipriani, Lyndhurst Castle, Westchester Country Club
