The Amazing Edibles story begins over 20 years ago with the big dream to bring the best food and service to the Chicagoland area. We started small, with only a handful of employees and clients. As the years progressed, each event we catered gave us bigger and better ideas for the future. As our ideas and business grew, so did our staff. After all, without them none of these big ideas would have come to fruition. Now, with several expansions of our kitchen space, over 50 employees, over 50,000 events, and over 12,000 satisfied clients, Amazing Edibles looks to just keep on growing. Amazing Edibles has achieved a level of success that would not be possible without the contributions of our staff, a shared philosophy of excellence, and the motivation to continue to produce amazing food service.

After 25 years in business Andrea is still very involved the day to day operations here at Amazing Edibles. Her focus is customer acquisition, client experience and company culture. Community is of great importance to Andrea and she has served on several boards including Industrial Council of Near West Chicago, Global Citizenship Experience Lab High School, A Children’s Place, Cornell College National Alumni Board, and Rivendell Theatre Ensemble.
