Anthia is a Greek name that means "lady of flowers." Anthia Design's name and motto, "love, generosity, humor, and grace," serve as the foundation for everything they do. Jamie Whitten owns and operates Anthia Design, a premier wedding and event design and floral company based in Denver, Colorado. Anthia Design is owned and operated by Jamie Whitten. Jamie received her floral training while working as a florist on the Southern Gulf Coast. After relocating to Denver and realizing that she needed a little more from the wedding industry, Jamie went on to work as a wedding/event designer and florist for a well-established wedding planner. Anthia Design was established after she spent some time learning the ins and outs of the wedding industry as well as developing her own personal style. As a result of her years of experience, Jamie has created a business that is centered on her passion for flowers. She works tirelessly to create elegant, cohesive floral and decor designs while taking into consideration each client's individual personality and aesthetic. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys learning the scientific names of new flower varieties and cracking dad jokes while hiking or traveling with her boyfriend and their dog.
