Although I was born in Wisconsin, I've always considered Colorado to be my home. My childhood was spent in Steamboat Springs, and the majority of my professional life has been spent working in upscale resort communities including Aspen and Snowmass. For the highest quality end result, I find that I am naturally drawn to combining the utilization of the newest and most superior products that are currently available with the flawless execution of various cooking techniques. My past experiences have equipped me with the skills necessary to be proficient in a variety of different culinary activities. When I am working directly with my customers and directly with my product, I am at my most productive. Through the dishes that I prepare and the atmosphere that I cultivate, I give life to the principle of self-expression. When I'm not working, you can find me pedaling away on my mountain bike with the biggest smile on my face and setting up camp in a spectacular location. Alongside a roaring campfire with some of my closest friends, I've cooked up some of the most memorable meals of my life.
