Furthermore, Katy was the event director and designer of the Newport Beach Wine & Food Festival- a world-class epicurean adventure, recently named the #2 event destination in October in the world by Forbes. In addition, she produced Patron’s highly acclaimed "Secret Dining Society" events for 5 years in iconic buildings throughout the nation with celebrity chefs. World-class locations for her work has included Capitol Records, The Playboy Mansion, Fleur de Lys in Beverly Hills, The Mark Hopkins and Fairmont SF, Hearst Castle, Frank Lloyd Wright's "Pottery House," and Flora Farms, Montage, and Capella Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas.
