What are your pricing options for your packages?: We customize every proposal to fit the specific details of your event. We price each proposal based on event location, menu, staffing needs, rentals, etc.
What makes your catering style unique?: We pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences for our clients – all with on-site from scratch cooking, creative concepts, and a genuine desire to meet our client’s needs.
Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?: We sure do! It is our goal that every guest attending one of our events feels special! We create creative and thoughtfully designed menus to suit every dietary restriction.
Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?: Absolutely! All back of house equipment is included in our proposal pricing.
What are my options for food display and service?: We offer buffet, reception, sit down service, interactive stations, family-style, and delivery service. Additionally, we offer limited service, delivery service, and contracted corporate dining services.

Deryk Schnepf

General Manager

A lifelong "food nerd," Deryk began his career in restaurants at a young age and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced environment and comradery inherent in busy kitchens. He spent many years working in some of Denver’s most exciting restaurants. In 2008, Deryk started at Biscuits and Berries as the Executive Chef and held that position until 2016 when he became the General Manager. Deryk brings a lifetime of culinary knowledge as well as a sincere passion for hospitality.
