This family-owned food truck had its humble beginnings and because of its dedication to quality, safety, and genuine love for food, it grew into now 2 colorful and popular trucks in the Dallas Forth Worth area. For more than five years of serving on a food truck and catering, Boardwalk Bites knows how to bring smiles to your guests and make anyone's event more exciting and fun. As a family of food enthusiasts with diverse palates, we wanted to showcase state fair treats that reminded us of our childhood memories. Our love for food and its ability to bring people together inspired us to embark on our first venture in the food industry. Our journey began with a simple tent serving freshly popped kettle corn. The overwhelming success encouraged us to expand our menu and invest in our first food truck, Zaza, to take our treats on the road. Over the years, we have catered to large fairs, festivals, school events, churches, weddings, corporate lunches, graduation parties, and birthdays. After five years of traveling, we decided to broaden our horizons once more and purchased a second food truck, Ziggy. While Ziggy continues to travel to events, Zaza now serves as a stationary food truck at the Allen Premium Outlet Mall, providing year-round walk-up service to the community.
