Bruce Russell Events is an internationally recognised wedding and event planning company creating exceptional celebrations across the The Hamptons and New York, the UK, Europe and beyond. The company was founded by Canadian-born planner Bruce Russell following a distinguished career in luxury hospitality, including senior roles with Fairmont & Raffles Hotels, The Savoy in London and The Plaza in New York. Named among the world’s top wedding planners by Harper’s Bazaar US, Bruce has also appeared as co-host of the primetime wedding series My Big Day: Home or Away on Ireland’s RTÉ2. Every celebration is personally led by Bruce and Senior Event Producer Emma Segal. Emma brings more than a decade of luxury events experience, including several years at the iconic Cotswolds venue Aynhoe Park, together with calm leadership, meticulous organisation and a particular passion for food, drink and hospitality. Together, Bruce and Emma act as trusted advisors throughout the planning journey, combining thoughtful hospitality, intentional design and meticulous execution to create weddings, private celebrations and destination events that feel entirely personal and effortlessly delivered. With more than two decades of international experience, Bruce Russell Events understands the cultural traditions, logistical complexities and considered details involved in bringing people together from around the world. Our fees are tailored to the scope, scale and complexity of each celebration and are generally calculated at 15–20% of the overall event spend. This approach ensures our fee remains proportionate to the level of planning, production and personal involvement required as an event evolves. We take on a limited number of celebrations each year so that every client receives our personal attention and hands-on involvement throughout.
