- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes we do! Our Day of Love Coordination and Management Package covers the 12 weeks before the wedding day and anything you need in between including the Rehearsal, one assistant and unlimited hours on the big day. Contact us to schedule your Complimentary Initial Consultation :)
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer design, planning, coordination and management packages for wedding and love events such as proposals, engagement parties, bridal showers, vows renewal, anniversaries and birthday parties!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes we will! We coordinate and arrange meetings with other vendors, we will attend if you would like us to be there and we can attend on your behalf if you prefer.
- Do you take referral fees?
- No we don't. We believe in what we do and strive to do it at our highest capabilities, our extensive knowledge and connections in the wedding and event industry allow us to suggest only trusted vendors and we will apply their referral fees as your discount for their service :)
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Each wedding will have a lead coordinator and an assistant. If the wedding is over 180 guests, we will add a third assistant to help manage making sure everything goes smoothly.
