That’s why we created BYS Events + Design, a Wedding and Event Planning Company; to help plan amazing events for amazing people. With our combination of creativity and attention to detail, we invite you to collaborate with us for your next magical experience. BYS Events + Design is your one-stop-shop for all things wedding and event planning. With BYS Events + Design, you get a planner, coordinator, designer (and so much more) all in one. We dare you to live your dream, while we go hard for you to make it happen. You are not in this crazy, stressful, exciting time alone. By the time your event is over, I hope that you have not only had an awesome event but that you feel as though you have a new friend. My team and I will do everything in our power to make sure your event is just how you dreamed it would be. - What event planning services do you offer?
- We focus on full service event design and planning, where we get to create your wedding day together from start to end including every single detail from invitations to place cards! We also offer partial event planning and design for those who have more time to dedicate to the planning process.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Please reach out to us to see if your event qualifies for Day of Coordination!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely! With the Signature Collection we take care of all of the appointments and logistics with your other vendors so you can focus on the fun part of planning!
- How many years have you been in business?
- BYS Events is 8 years old! Maria - Owner and Lead Producer has been designing and planning events since 2006 that includes local fundraisers, corporate retreats, winery events - think cave dinners, large group wine tastings, food and wine pairing events, lunches - and of course weddings!
- How would past clients describe working with you?
- I become very close with you during our planning time together, and many of my couples have become friends of mine through the planning process. It's almost like working with a friend + a wedding fairy godmother in one.
