- What event planning services do you offer?
- Whether you're looking for a set-up team, timeline creation crew, wedding day emotional support group, or "the people who always seem to know the right people"; Look no further. Offering Full Planning to Day of Coordination, our team is happy to assist you.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We do! Our Day of Coordination Packages range from 6hrs, 8hrs, 12hrs, and Destination Day Of Services.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- This is entirely dependent on the size of your event, the guest count, and the projected number of hours we are on site. Typically, events require at least 2 Coordinators, however if it requires more team members, it is at no extra charge to you.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- Countless! We are very familiar with most Venues in the Puget Sound Region, as well as Snohomish, King, Pierce, and Lewis County Venues. As destination planners, we are familiar with various venues around the country as well!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will handle all payment directly with your vendor team. If you are a Planning Client, we will absolutely reach out to vendors for you and receive the contracts for you; but payment methods are directly between you and the vendor.
