About COHOST
Founded in 2010
We're COHOST: A non-traditional catering company that partners with Dallas’ favorite restaurants to produce unforgettable events. We are passionate about our relationships with gifted chefs, talented staff and loyal clients. We are also passionate about food, drinks and service. We are thrilled to bring all of these things together to create memorable and wildly successful events. While running the catering division at Cuba Libre in 2009, we learned two important things about catering companies in Dallas. Restaurants had the best food, and catering companies provided the best service. Catering clients had to choose one or the other. We were convinced they could have both. In 2010, prompted by the sudden closing of Cuba Libre, we formed partnerships with three of our favorite local restaurants and COHOST was born. Through the years, mostly through word of mouth, our clients have multiplied and our evolving partner list has grown to over 60 restaurants/bakeries. Since Dallas loves to surprise us with new amazing food, we suspect that the future for COHOST will hold an even wider array of delicious possibilities.

- What makes your catering style unique?
- COHOST offers an incredible variety of cuisine. Our restaurant partnerships allow us to deliver excellent service while promising amazing restaurant food quality & variety; a combination unprecedented in the catering world.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We offer our clients one tasting scheduled at your convenience, but you can attend an unofficial tasting any time as long as it's during the restaurant's operating hours. Browse our catering menus for the perfect dishes for your event and taste in house as often as you like!
- What are my options for food display and service?
- Whatever your preferred style of service, COHOST is equipped to exceed your expectations. Buffet, Family Style, Plated, Passed and Stationary Appetizers- We do it all with excellence.
- What menu customization options do you offer?
- We specialize in curated menus for every event. While we offer prefixed menus, we love helping clients bring their vision for an ideal dining experience to life.
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We offer bar packages complete with TABC certified bartenders. You provide your desired beer, wine, and liquor selection and we'll provide a variety of mixers, ice and all accompanying items. Be sure to ask how you can add craft cocktails to your special event!
