a brief description of the organization Hello! Davenport Design, Rustic Rentals, and Event Planning is owned and operated by Angela Davenport. I've always been a meticulous planner and even more meticulous budgeter. When I was younger, I had a strong desire to pursue a career in finance. To save money and pay for college, I worked as a waitress and bartender for more than eight years (beginning in high school). I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in finance and immediately began working in the finance industry. I quickly realized that sitting in front of a computer crunching numbers was not my only interest. After working in the service industry for so many years, I craved being around people, large groups of people, and interaction! I quit my job as a Financial Planner and started working as a wedding coordinator at a wedding venue, where I quickly fell in love! I had at long last discovered my true calling. It's possible to have it all: budgeting, planning, and being surrounded by people in one job. What's more, the best part is... Making a dream come true for couples on their most important day of their lives is our goal. After a few years and more than 100 weddings, as well as numerous showers, corporate events, and birthday parties, I made the decision to embark on my own journey. That's when I made the decision to expand my event planning services to include event rentals. Instead of purchasing items that will only be used once, my clients will not have to worry about shopping for decor or finding a place to store it all. They will also save a lot of money by renting from us rather than purchasing items that will only be used once. So here's to having a good time while staying within your means!
