About Diana Feil
Founded in 2013
Diana has always been a storyteller at heart. In her 'former' life back in Germany she used to direct TV shows and documentaries. Moving to Los Angeles allowed her to re-invent herself as a lifestyle portrait and event photographer. The transition was a natural extension of a passion that had always been a big part of her life - she grew up watching her father developing photos in the family's bathroom. As a child she would spend hours and hours going through family photo albums. A background in filmmaking gives Diana’s portraits a unique twist. Her photo shoots are rarely static and her images are infused with light and intimacy. Diana knows when to pull back and let her subjects tell a story and when to come close and capture raw emotion. As a patient observer who is open to the unique process that each session/event requires, Diana’s goal is to allow her subjects to show their authentic selves.

- What different event photography packages do you offer?
- I have packages that include the edited high res files and packages containing the files and heirloom albums or wall art.
- How would you describe your event photography style?
- I am a lifestyle photographer with a documentary approach. You will get stunning polished detail shots but also beautiful, sometimes funny moments that are unique for your event. I always aim to get at least one artistic shot that I would actually put on my wall.
- What event photography services do you offer?
- I am not limited to a specific event type, but I love kids' events the most because children are just a pleasure to watch. And they are hilarious. :-)
- What is your approach to working with clients?
- From planning to delivering the photos/products I am 24/7 approachable. I love when my clients have a specific idea when it comes to photos and I am working hard bringing this idea to life. Think hiring a friend when you hire me.
