With 300+ luxury weddings under her belt—including serving on the team behind one of Brides Magazine’s Most Influential Weddings of the Decade (2010-2019)—Event Producer and Wedding Kickstarter Erin Davies today leads the charge in making world-class weddings accessible to engaged couples everywhere. Her magic formula: a sprinkle of questions, a handful of virtual meetings, a three-step collaborative process, and her formidable (yet realistic) knowledge about the best-of-the-best the wedding and event worlds have to offer. - What event planning services do you offer?
- As the Wedding Kickstarter, I offer full service planning for the initial phase of the wedding planning process to create your custom blueprint, then offer ongoing expertise for the remainder of the process.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes- should you hire me for the kickstart services, you can opt to add day-of coordination at any time.
- How would previous clients describe your planning style?
- My client is someone who WANTS to be a part of their planning process but doesn't know where to start. Clients describe me as approachable, calm, navigating, and FUN.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- I've worked in SO MANY different venues across New England- from historic institutions like the Boston Public Library and the Museum of Fine Arts, to fabulous hotels like The Newbury Boston or The Fairmont Copley, to amazing tented weddings at private properties- I love them all!
- How are "consultancy" services different than full service planning?
- My services are "full service" for the 1st phase of your planning: venue search, budget creation, creating the event planning timeline, & locking in key vendors. Once the blueprint of your wedding has been created, I become your accountability coach, holding your hand every step of the way.
