What event planning services do you offer?

Eventful by Alexa offers full service planning for weddings, social events, non-profit and corporate events. We also offer partial planning and month of coordination services for weddings.

Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?

The term "day of" can be a bit misleading so rather, we offer a month of coordination package. This service begins 3 months prior to the wedding day. This allows us to organize all of your wedding day details and logistics earlier on, so you can enjoy the last few weeks leading up to your wedding.

What event planning packages do you offer?

We offer full service, partial planning, design services, and month of coordination for weddings. As well as full service design and planning for all social events, corporate, and non-profit events. We often plan events for intimate gatherings such as dinner parties or luncheons as well.

Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will arrange and manage all meetings with your vendors within our full service and partial planning packages. We understand our client's busy schedules, so not every meeting requires your presence. We want you to be as involved as you desire, and will always recap you following each meeting.

Question 5

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

Accepted Answer

We coordinate and organize all of your vendor payments, and manage your payment tracker within your client portal. Our team will send you reminders 10 days prior to each due date, and again 2 days prior. We collect all of the accepted payment methods and information to make this process seamless.

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

Accepted Answer

The number of people from our team on-site during your event will vary based on your chosen service and the event's location. Each of our packages will always provide a minimum of 2 coordinators, and 2 stylists on-site for the event decor set up and breakdown management.

What venues have you worked at before?

We have worked at many venues across Long Island, as well as the North Fork. We work primarily on off-site and private residence events, which gives us an advanced knowledge in essentially building a venue from the ground up anywhere.

We are grateful to plan events with many of our clients time and time again as they return for future special occasions. Our clients would describe working with us as thoroughly organized, hands on and goes the extra mile, a breath of fresh air, comforting and an overall joyful and fun experience.

Eventful by Alexa's planning style is unique because of our design process. Alexa implements technological innovation and keeps guest immersion and experience at the forefront of all of her designs. She is not confined to norms or trends, and always strives for that "wow" affect.
