Larissa, a Fort Worth native and TCU alumna, is a professional wedding and event planner who founded Fête to do more of what she loves most - sparking joy for people through creating memorable events. After doing day-of wedding assisting in Houston, she founded Fête as a way to bring spectacular events to life with Fort Worth as the backdrop. As fun as your event will be, planning it should not be a stress. Larissa’s organization, creativity, and Fort Worth / Dallas network will give you a wonderful experience, but most importantly, her passion and approach will allow you to get the most out of your day. - Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Not exactly, but I do offer a "Final Details" package that includes my services starting 8 weeks prior to your wedding date! This way I can connect with vendors and create a comprehensive timeline prior to the big day.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- A minimum of two staff are present on the event day to make sure everything runs smoothly! Depending on the size of the package, sometimes 3 staff are included. However, additional staff can be added for a fee to any package.
- How many years have you been in business?
- Technically, I started Fête Fort Worth in March of 2023. However, I have been doing event planning formally in some capacity since I was social chair of my sorority in college, and second grade was the first time I planned a party (for my mom), so it feels like event planning is in my blood!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- The client is responsible for signing all contracts & making all payments directly with their vendors! However, for full planning and above, I manage all of the back and forth communication to keep your level of work to a minimum.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- You can see many of the venues I have worked with in my real wedding photo albums! However, the list is not exhaustive and I am more than happy to discuss my experience with any venues you have questions about.
