Film & Fable

We’re a full-time husband + wife film team based in Atlanta, Georgia. In May 2020 (right in the middle of one of the most unstable and craziest years yet), you might say we took a leap of faith by starting Film & Fable. Oh, and Jack left his full-time job in July… and then we got married in September. Annnnd then in December Alyssa left her full-time job. Turns out that 2020 was probably the most necessary + foundational piece of our story yet. We discovered that despite outward circumstances, we had to follow our gut and go where we felt God was leading us. So we began Film & Fable in the middle of Georgia’s quarantine. At the time we had no intentions to go full-time, but with 17 weddings booked for Fall 2020 and (somehow) 55 weddings booked for 2021, we knew that this was obviously what we were being called to do. And through working together, we’ve discovered that our strengths work perfectly in tandem with one another. Jack is the funny, technical wizard who really cares about all the little details. He loves researching and refining our process to make sure we’re filming, shooting, and editing in the best way we possibly can to truly capture the hearts of those we film. He isn’t one to let the little details go un-noticed and always makes sure that every film is edited with a ton of intentionality. Alyssa is the warm, energetic heart that has her pulse on the emotion in our films. She’s attentive to each and every couple we work with, and does whatever she can to make sure they know they’re not only taken care of, but are considered a friend. Being the more socially outgoing of the two, Alyssa loves interacting with all of our followers on social media, communicating with clients + other creatives, and having her hand in the rhythms and tempos of our films.
