Flower Girl Em

In 2012, I began my floral career as an intern at a tiny, organic flower shop in Santa Cruz, California. I was really enamored with creating and the relationships I formed with customers who were commemorating significant life events. I started doing weddings as a side company after two years working in a few Bay Area flower shops and fell in love with the process of planning + producing for couples. After seven years of working with flowers, I still consider myself extremely fortunate and grateful that this is my career path. I currently reside in Petaluma, California, with my musician husband, Christian, and our adorable little kitten, Clementine. We enjoy traveling whenever we have the opportunity. We enjoy cooking together while sipping a glass of chardonnay, hanging out in the backyard with friends and family, and attending live music performances. My goal is to create designs that are lovely and timeless. I want to come from a friendly place where my designs and floral quality are of the finest quality, yet our working relationship is pleasant and laid back. My wish is to bring more beauty and love into the world—it sounds corny, but it's true—and flowers are the ideal vehicle for doing so.
