Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
It's entirely up to you! We can have vendors send you invoices directly for payment, or we can handle coordination. Whatever you would prefer works for our team!
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! We manage all vendor relationships from start to finish. We will coordinate any necessary site visits, tastings, or other meetings.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
It depends on the size and scope of your event! For larger brand events, we like to have all hands on deck. For smaller, more intimate events, like dinner parties, we will have two team members on-site. Our team's presence on-site is up to you—if you want the whole team there, we will be there!
