What event planning services do you offer?
We offer packages ranging from full planning + styling to month-of wedding management and styling. We work one-on-one with each potential client to find a wedding package that fits your needs best.
What makes your planning style unique?
We truly care about our couples and keep their needs and personalities top of mind throughout the entire planning process. We are great listeners and want to hear about all the things that make you and your relationship unique so we can truly customize your wedding day.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
For weddings over 100 guests, there will always be two team members on-site-- Kellyne, owner and lead planner, along with a design assistant. For weddings that are larger or more logistically complicated, we will add team members as needed.
If we book Month-of Wedding Management does that mean we can’t contact you (via phone or email) until a few months before the wedding?
NO! We are available as your consultants from the time of booking. We provide you with all the tools and resources you need to move forward with the planning on your own. However, should you need some guidance, advice or reassurance, we are always happy to connect via email or phone.
What if our event venue is outside of the Bay Area (Tahoe, Monterey, Carmel, Mendocino, etc.)?
For events over 75 miles from San Francisco we ask for accommodation for the night before the wedding (rehearsal) and night of the wedding. Travel is calculated during our initial consultation and added to the proposal as a flat fee.
