- What event planning services do you offer?
- Our services vary from full-service planning and design to just day-of or event management. Whether you just need us to execute your vision or need an on-hand team to plan and execute - we have you covered!
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes, part of our services is managing all aspects of the vendors. Dealing with the back and forth from communication to finalize the details leading up to your event.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- We like to refer to it as event management, where we act as your resource throughout the planning process. We conduct monthly check-ins to address any questions, provide referrals, and review contracts. Then, at the 90-day mark, we fully step in to finalize all the details.
- How would previous clients describe your planning style?
- We take a very hands-on, detail-oriented approach and are always prepared with plans A, B, and C if necessary. We prioritize communication and confirm details rather than making assumptions, believing that it's better to be safe than sorry. We're a full team that stands behind you.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- Our team consists of 13 members, and depending on the logistics of your event, we’ll assign 3 to 5 team members to oversee and manage the setup and execution of all event details.
