MICHAEL GAPINSKI President / Founder It's no surprise that Michael is the face of Iconic Event Studios, given his three decades of delivering breathtakingly creative and stylish high-caliber events all around the world. He is our chief of creative, and he works closely with our planning department to provide an unquestionable and invaluable sense of style. Michael is Iconic's 'Right-Brain' creative force, handling everything from celebrity weddings in Napa to corporate conferences in NYC, retreats in the UK, and premieres in Hollywood. KEVIN SCOTT HAMILTON CFO / Founder Kevin is the backbone of Iconic Event Studios, if Michael is the face. Our 'Left Brain,' as it's known. He is in charge of everything that isn't directly related to the production of our events. He is the CFO, in charge of all financial, tax, accounting, investment, and real estate matters, as well as any applicable City, State, and Federal issues. Kevin's savvy stewardship is the result of decades of experience in corporate management and ownership. Not bad for a kid from Redondo Beach's sparkling beaches. LAURA FEWELL Executive Event Manager Born and bred in Canada, but educated and trained in Hollywood. Laura refined her abilities in Tinseltown's event sector for over 35 years, making her the undisputed 'Catering Queen.' She directs all types of productions, runs our planned events, employs and supervises all floor employees, and controls the catering rentals as our Executive Event Manager. Laura also has an incredible ability to keep a party on schedule and under budget. LAUREN MOTUS Event Manager Michael's Executive Assistant position was made possible by her Hospitality degree from Cal Poly Pomona. Lauren oversees our buying department and serves as our 'Systems Star,' offering support to our senior management team. Her responsibilities include managing all incoming and outgoing communications, as well as coordinating design, production, and vendor meetings, as well as planning travel and scheduling all upcoming event appointments. ARIANA KAISER Director of Administration For this cum laude grad, the transfer from NYU to our 'Admin Specialist' was seamless. She ensures that our vendors are paid on time, that payroll deadlines are fulfilled, and that our financial records are up to date and correct. As the specialist, she is in charge of all daily administrative tasks, including the HR, INS, A/R, A/P, and P&L accounts. Ariana's tasks ensure that the Iconic machine is running smoothly, allowing our creative team to continue putting on great events.
