What menu customization options do you offer?: We custom-tailor each menu for you while diligently sourcing some of the best and hard-to-find ingredients to match your taste. If you prefer a more hands-off approach, leave it to us to create a menu based on seasonal ingredients and global travel.
Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?: We accommodate all dietary restrictions and allergies. We will gather information about you and your guest's dietary needs before the event.
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?: We offer a range of standard beverage and bar packages. We can also tailor a package specific to your event needs. Additionally, we offer wine and spirit-free pairings with all dining experiences.

After leaving Alinea as the Executive Chef, Simon founded ilixr with the goal of curating one-of-a-kind experiences centered around food. His continued travels have inspired a cuisine that is globally influenced and studied, with an approach to food that is deeply rooted in culture. Simon has been featured on such lists as Forbes 30 Under 30, Crain’s 20 In Their 20s, and Zagat 30 Under 30.
