What event planning services do you offer?: Island Creek Events plans all wedding, social, and corporate occasions.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?: Yes, Island Creek Events offers two different packages for day-of wedding coordination, but we like to call it wedding management. We start either one or two months out from your wedding date to ensure smooth sailing into your wedding weekend.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?: Package dependent! Partial planning and above, yes! Wedding management, I help with those important final meetings. In general, we support full vendor communication leading up to the event.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?: There will always be a team of at least two on-site with your wedding binder, clipboards of lists, and a stocked emergency kit.
What event planning packages do you offer?: For weddings, I offer wedding management (day of coordination) service, partial planning, and full planning wedding services. For other events, I create a custom proposal based on your specific planning needs, which is developed based on an intake form + discovery call.
