We offer a limited number of events each year, allowing our team to remain deeply involved in every stage — from concept to clean-up. Our process is intentionally personal, strategic, and built on relationships.

- What event planning services do you offer?
- Kate & Company offers full-service event planning and design for weddings, multi-day celebrations, and private events. We manage every detail—from concept and logistics to creative design and on-site execution—crafting experiences that feel personal, seamless, and unforgettable.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Kate & Company does not offer day-of or month-of wedding coordination. We specialize exclusively in full-service planning and design, allowing our team to oversee every detail from start to finish and ensure a cohesive, elevated experience for you and your guests.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes, absolutely. Kate & Company arranges and manages all vendor meetings on your behalf. We handle communication, scheduling, and collaboration with every creative partner to ensure all vendors are aligned, organized, and working seamlessly toward your event vision.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will pay and contract all vendors directly. Kate & Company will guide you through the process, review proposals, and manage communication to ensure everything is accurate and on schedule, but all payments are made directly between you and your vendors.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- A minimum of four team members—three planners and a hospitality concierge—will be on-site. Depending on event needs, we can add up to twelve additional staff for guest services, transportation, or detailed setup support.
