LCinc opened its doors in 1999. Head Chef/ Owner Joseph Cutolo has had a passion for food industry long before opening its doors. Since childhood starting as a busboy in a well renowned NY Italian Restaurant at the age of twelve, Joseph knew his place was in the kitchen. At age seventeen showing lots of interest on how food was prepared and cooked and working very hard he convinced the head chef to give him a chance in the kitchen. This was a dream come true for Joseph. Almost immediately the head chef of this restaurant expressed his excitement with having a young apprentice whom had a passion for food greater than his own. In just a few short years after mastering all of the techniques of Italian Cuisine, with the blessing of his employer, Joseph moved on to open his very own Italian Catering Company.
