- How far in advance should I book your services?
- We ask for at least a minimum of two weeks before your event date! If you have last minute installation needs, you're still able to book within the same week but a rush fee will be added to your invoice.
- Can I customize my own package?
- Of course! We are all about making each event personalized & unique. Our Event Coordinator and team can customize our balloon installations to your needs in addition to customized event branding and design!

- Absolutely! From the first steps of consulting with our Event Coordinator all the way through your event breakdown, our team can assist you every step of the way.
- How many other events will you work on the day of my event?
- On weekends, we average about 3-5 events per day. Our Lushra Party Squad is trained and skilled to make every event POP and #INSTAWORTHY!
