Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?: M Culinary’s dedicated staff and culinarians can create a custom menu to accommodate any dietary restriction including but not limited to gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, nut free, certified kosher and kosher style.
What venues have you worked at before?: We are a trusted caterer at the following venues: Arizona Science Center, OTTO Car Club, Penske Racing Museum, Warehouse 215, WestWorld of Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, Desert Foothills Events, Heard Museum, Los Cedros, Monterra, On Jackson, Phoenix Art Museum, Scottsdale Hangar One & more!
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?: M Culinary's beverage packages are carefully crafted to enhance your event experience with a variety of refreshing and enticing drink options. From premium beer and wine to handcrafted cocktails, our commitment to you is providing exceptional quality beverages. We invite you to explore our menu.
Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?: Yes, we offer tastings in our M Culinary tasting room 2-3 months ahead of your event. Typically new clients, especially wedding and gala clients will do tastings. Corporate clients with very large and/or very specific events usually will do a tasting as well.
What makes your catering style unique?: M Culinary's catering style is unique because we create immersive culinary experiences tailored to each event's specific vibe and vision. We don't just deliver food—we craft memorable moments by combining creative menus, innovative presentation, and impeccable service.
