Owner/Lead Planner Nicole Padilla (Nicki) realized I was onto something after nearly 15 years of working with corporate events and helped many friends plan their weddings. Mack Wedding Design was born from that point forward, and the rest is history. COMPLETE PLANNING Full Planning is our most extensive planning service, covering both the practicalities of planning and full design and style. From the moment you're engaged, we'll work with you to create a clear and unified vision for your wedding day, keeping track of to-do lists and details along the way. There is complete vendor communication included. PARTIAL PLANNING Our Partial Planning option includes monthly emailing from the time of booking as well as design and styling advice for the highly organized couple who likes to be more active in their planning. You'll have full access to our vendor lists and will be able to engage with vendors on your own two months prior to your wedding day. COORDINATION FOR THE DAY We'll reach out to you one to two months before your wedding to discuss your vision, vendors, and other details. We contact your vendors around the six-week point and create a thorough day-of timetable so that everyone is on the same page about the timing and flow of your wedding day. A final venue walkthrough is usually provided 3-4 weeks before your wedding. The day before your wedding, we will also handle your ceremony rehearsal. We will be the main point of contact with suppliers on your wedding day, assisting with modest decor set-up, ceremony coordination, and timeline management. We'll stay on site till the beginning of the dance to make sure everything runs well. SERVICES FOR TEARING DOWN Packing up is the last thing a couple wants to do at the end of their wedding. We provide an end-of-night tear down service that involves packing up all of your décor and personal things left at the venue at the end of the evening and scheduling a delivery appointment for 1-2 days after the event. SERVICES FOR EVENT PLANNING MWD's entire event planning services cover any and all events, so you don't have to be getting married to use our services! Birthdays, showers, engagements, reunions, communions, and even dinner parties, leave the rest to us! It might be difficult to plan an event since there are so many variables to consider. You'll get recommendations for the best vendors, as well as organization and innovative ideas to take the worry out of arranging your event so you can enjoy it.
