Marcy, a graduate of the famous Culinary Institute of America, is able to incorporate the principles of theater, gastronomy, décor, and environment into every event she produces, earning her the title of "eventiste" for her ability to combine creativity and practicality. Marcy has been featured in numerous publications and television programs, and has been designated a top planner in the world by both Vogue and Harpers Bazaar.
