- How long after my event can I expect to receive my photos?
- Turnaround time varies by season, package, and delivery format. Typically, the delivery timeline is 2-6 weeks after the event. We can give you a more exact estimate when you contact us!
- Will you edit and color correct my photos?
- Yes! Every final photo will be professionally editing to ensure you receive the highest quality. We also offer retouching, like blemish removal and teeth whitening, for an additional charge.
- Will you bring an assistant as a supporting photographer?
- We have a team of incredibly talented, fully vetted photographers and videographers ready to travel near and far for your wedding day. Depending on the services you’ve purchased, the location of the event, and other factors, you can expect to see 1-3 people from our team on your wedding day.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- The retainer fee and all monies paid prior to a wedding cancellation are non-refundable. The retainer guarantees that we’ll hold your date, and we turn down other bookings for that date to ensure we can be there for you. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds.
- Are engagement shoots included in any of your packages?
- We offer engagement photography and engagement videos. Contact us if you're interested in including engagement sessions in your wedding package! We'll help you design the perfect package for your needs and budget.
