Occasions by Bea Prescilla (OBP) is a boutique luxury wedding planning and design firm specializing in sophisticated, thoughtfully curated celebrations in San Diego and beyond. Founded by planner and creative director Bea Prescilla, OBP brings together nearly two decades of industry experience, an elevated design perspective, and the meticulous attention to detail required to produce celebrations that feel as seamless as they are beautiful. Our approach is deeply personal. We believe luxury is not defined by excess, but by intention—the thoughtful details, exceptional service, and level of care that allow our couples to be fully present for one of the most meaningful celebrations of their lives. Rather than following a formula or recreating a look, we take the time to understand each couple's story, style, culture, and priorities, translating them into an experience that feels distinctly their own. From venue and vendor curation to creative direction, budget management, production, logistics, and guest experience, every element is considered through both a creative and operational lens. Bea works alongside a carefully selected team of trusted creative partners to ensure that the vision is not only beautifully designed, but expertly executed. The result is a celebration that feels refined without being predictable, romantic without being conventional, and luxurious without losing its sense of personality. For couples who value exceptional service, thoughtful design, and the confidence of knowing every detail is being handled with care, OBP offers more than wedding planning—we create an experience in which you can simply arrive, celebrate, and be fully immersed in the moment.
